Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Finova Plan ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit finovaplan.com (the "Site"). We've tried to write it in plain language. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
The short version
The numbers you type into our calculators — your balances, interest rates, and payments — are processed entirely in your own browser. We never receive them, store them, or send them anywhere. When you close the tab, they're gone. We do, however, use cookies for analytics and advertising, which are described below.
Information we do not collect
Our calculators run locally in your browser using JavaScript. The financial figures you enter are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored by us. We do not ask you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email, or financial details unless you voluntarily send them to us (for example, by emailing our contact address).
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, such as your approximate location (country/region), browser type, device type, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the Site. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, primarily for analytics and advertising.
Cookies and advertising
We use cookies to understand how the Site is used and to display advertising. Our advertising is provided by third parties, which may include Google AdSense and its partners.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to the Site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.
For more detail on the specific cookies we use and how to control them, see our Cookie Policy.
Analytics
We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand aggregate traffic patterns — for example, which calculators are most used. These tools use cookies and collect standard usage data. They do not have access to the figures you enter into the calculators.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete it, and to opt out of certain processing. Because we don't maintain accounts or store the data you enter, most requests relate to cookies, which you can control through the consent message and your browser settings.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you are shown a consent message (provided through Google's certified consent management platform) where you can consent, decline, or manage your choices for non-essential cookies, and you can change your choice at any time. If you are in California, you may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we do not sell personal information in the traditional sense.
Children's privacy
The Site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site.
