1. What we provide
Finova Plan offers free, educational financial calculators and related content. These tools are designed to help you estimate scenarios such as debt payoff timelines and interest costs based solely on the hypothetical figures you enter.
2. Not financial advice — not a financial institution
Finova Plan is strictly an educational tool. We are not a financial, tax, legal, or investment advisor. We are not a bank, lender, credit counselor, broker, financial institution, or regulated financial-services provider. We do not offer financial, investment, tax, or legal advice of any kind.
Our calculators produce general estimates based on simplifying assumptions (for example, fixed interest rates, on-time payments, and no new charges) and the data you provide. Real-world results will differ. Nothing on the Site constitutes a recommendation, endorsement, or solicitation to take or avoid any financial action. 4. Limitation of liability

Finova Plan is provided strictly for informational and educational purposes. You agree that you are solely responsible for how you use the information provided. Under no circumstances will we accept any financial or legal liability for actions taken, misuse of the tools, or financial decisions made based on this Site. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any dissatisfaction with the Site is to immediately stop using it.
If, despite the limitations above, Finova Plan is found liable for any loss or damage arising out of your use of the Site, our total cumulative liability shall in no event exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finova Plan and its owners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) that arise from your use or misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms of Use, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

You may not misuse the Site by attempting to disrupt its operations, scale-scrape its data, reverse-engineer its tools for competing commercial products, introduce viruses, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its servers.

The Site's design, text, code, and original tools are owned by Finova Plan and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may use the calculators for your personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from substantial portions of the Site without our express written permission.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
